At Zest Herbal, we pride ourselves on the quality and purity of our products. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise during shipping. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” once the product seal has been opened. This ensures that every customer receives 100% fresh and unused products.

2. Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges

We offer a full replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: The bottle/jar arrived broken or leaked.
  • Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Expired/Defective: The product is expired or has a manufacturing defect.

Note: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a Photo/Video: Clear evidence of the leak, damage, or wrong item.
  2. Contact Us: Send the image along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp or Email.
  3. Resolution: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
    • If approved, we will dispatch a replacement free of charge.
    • Alternatively, we can issue a refund.

4. Refund Method

Since most of our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), we process refunds via bank transfer or mobile wallets.

  • Options: Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually within 24 hours). Once the courier has picked up the parcel, the order cannot be cancelled.
